Development time includes all time spent making requested or planned changes to your website. Development time may or may not include producing code or other deliverables associated with the common term “development”. All requests must be approved by your assigned partner and an ETA will be provided on a case by case basis upon receipt of request. More complex requests may take additional time which can be purchased separately or through upgrading to another offer which includes a suitable amount of development time.

Off-site backups are configured to a backup repository of your choice, or one of ours, to ensure safe keeping in the event of any hosting issues. This is included with every package to ensure maximum safety and security for our clients. We will configure this into your existing backup solution, if any, or integrate it with our own premium backup solutions.
